Finding Calm Among the Chaos

Chaos is an energy that calls our attention. Often demanding it with abruptness, similar to thunder striking after the lightning bolt. Erupting into life with a large change and shift.
Chaos can also be the energy which we describe our current society with. Writhing back and forth between one set of fears, to another set of acceptances and agreements, to letting her bare teeth show in the apparent separations of 2 different sides.
Chaos can be the description of your thoughts. Running amok here and there, many negative feeling ones that could be described with terms using the words “anxiety”, “depression”, “neurodivergent”, or any of the seemingly tons of other ailments and afflictions to our psyche that carry names and acronyms.
Chaos can describe the seemingly general state of humanity in urban environments. Dashing to and fro in their vehicles, some hellbent on doing this as quickly as possible. The chaos of that vibrantly wild energy can disrupt many along their paths, weaving in and out of others who are taking a more cautious approach to the art of driving with many others around doing the same thing.
So, amidst all this chaos energy, where do you find your silence? That calm, the space where you can breathe if only for a moment. How do you silence your racing thoughts that seem set on making you feel low, sad, and even worthless?

I’ll let you in on some secrets of this life, how to feel that happiness and peace. No matter what is going on around you. No matter where your life has taken you or what you have experienced.
Everything is inside you.
I know. That’s what so many say. You can even roll your eyes and huff. I know I did when I’ve been in different mindset programs. It seems like no matter what you do or try or read, whatever goodness and magick you’re reading doesn’t really affect you. It affects everyone else, it seems, but never quite you.
Am I right?
Let’s be honest, every single person has thoughts that are dark. Most choose to shush them, ignore them, push them back, just not deal with them. I get it. They’re friggin’ hard. And scary. And most of all…they force a person to be honest. And in this life, on this planet, honesty is a very rare commodity.
This world and society are run by smoke and mirrors, illusions. It’s easier that way. To allow something or someone to take charge, give the answers, feel that sort of connection that you feel with a collective that likes the same things as you. It makes you feel like you’re a part of something bigger. That YOU matter.

What if I were to tell you that that’s bogus?
Oh, you are indeed a part of something much bigger. And it absolutely can trickle into the human affairs of fans, supporters, groups, communities, etc.
You do very much matter. That’s why we’re here, in fact, having this experience. To “matter”. In this energetic density, we are made from matter. And when something or someone “matters” to you, they are very much a part of your life experience. In your thoughts, perspective and perception of life through our projected consciousness, and carried strongly in the Heart.
Your Heart, now we’re at the Heart of the Matter. The rhythm and the beat of that Heart, matching the rhythm and the beat of the Earth where we are Matter, is how you can fully connect in with your life here on Earth.
These channels open up with honesty. Self-honesty in ways you have most likely never touched. Acknowledging deeply held thoughts, secrets, desires, no matter how “dark” they appear, is of utter importance. This does not involve sharing them! Quite contrary. This is what you will write down on a piece of paper for YOUR eyes only. Read them through when you are done writing. BE with those feelings that come up. Shame, disgust, hatred, anger, sorrow, pity, etc. This act of acknowledging them, as they are a part of you and in your subconscious, will help free them from your darkness and shift them out of the negative aspect.
Observation, sitting with them, and then letting them go by burning that paper. Lighting the paper, intend that this all be moved out of your darkness and memories and into the Light and dissolved.
Let the honesty work into your Heart. You are showing up for YOU. This might be the first time. And that’s okay. You are right where you need to be.
Opening up this channel and your Heart, will allow you to see beyond the veil of this world and all the illusion. It will take some time, but you deserve all of it. Life with an open Heart. Honest with Self.

This will help you walk your True path in life. Simply (and the most difficult challenge ever) by being yourSelf.
As the byproduct yet purpose of this (quantum physics 4-sided logic of yes/and), you will be lighting the way from the inside, and from the outside you will be an automatic beacon of light for others.
The calm you are able to be immediately in any situation or experience you may find yourself in when you walk with the Heart leading, letting self-honesty be your guide, is something that can only be described in words until you arrive at it yourself. Then you will fully understand the feeling as well.
I have calmed my own ADHD and autistic mind, worked with the BPD and PTSD mind intimately and patiently inside myself, and currently exist near an urban area I do not care for in the least. Inundated with energy via sound, sight, smell, and especially energetically by feeling, I am able to find the calm internally. Trees and a soaring and screeching Hawk remind me of my Heart, my peace, my connection, and my personal mission to help others re-connect with Nature and Spirit.
Hawk is a wonderful reminder also of soaring above the chaos high enough to be in the silence.

Tree reminds me to stand strong, swaying with the forces, when necessary, yet always remaining grounded into the Earth.
Do a check-in with your Heart every day. A simply placing of your right hand on your Heart, feel the beat of your Heart (imagine it if you need!), and simply say Thank You.
A big bonus practice is once you feel or imagine your own beat, picture the Earth and imagine hearing her beat. Then ask them to join together and see what happens.
I send hopeful energy that you find calm amidst the chaos. As our old world and system begin to die off, the chaos will become quite loud.
Practice your calm space, and the Silence will answer you with Wisdom.
